We offer high quality
cleaning services for individuals that are moving in or
moving out of a location, churches, construction sites,
and office/buildings.
At this time we DO NOT provide "occupied" home cleaning
services. Customer satisfaction is our top
priority and we work hard to make sure your completely
satisfied. Our cleaners are trustworthy, reliable,
hardworking and professional. We take pride in providing
quality cleaning service to Columbus, Ohio and the
surrounding areas.
Moving In or Moving Out
Cleaning Services:
Our price is governed by square foot size, number of
bathrooms, number of levels and the amount of cleaning
required. Rates may vary depending on room layout and
extras. While each address is unique and will be cleaned
according to its needs, our standard rates fall under a
category.
Regular Cleaning
Service – we define regular cleans as light
maintenance house cleaning. The regular cleaning
category is for homes that have been maintained by
regular housekeeping. A brief run-down of service
consist of spotting for finger prints dusting and
cleaning bathroom areas, kitchen areas, vacuuming,
sweeping, moping and taking out the trash and additional
services catering to your specific needs.
Heavy Cleaning Service
– This category is
for units where only a few areas need heavy cleaned.
We define heavy cleans
as a more thorough cleaning. Homes, which have not been
cleaned on a regular basis, must often be treated as a
heavy clean on the first visit. A brief run-down of
service consist of all the above plus oven and
refrigerator cleaning, washing windows, ceiling fans,
light fixtures, cleaning out kitchen cupboards and
bathroom cabinets, washing doors and walls, polishing
woodwork, scrubbing bath or shower tiles, defrosting
refrigerators and additional services catering to your
specific needs.
Super Scrub
Cleaning Service
- This category is where the entire unit needs super
scrubbed. Extreme dirt build up, excessive debris
and or excessive pet hair.
Office/Building
Cleaning Services:
Each office space is unique , whether you require daily
office cleaning services or a weekly or monthly service,
we will customize an office cleaning program
specifically geared for your business. From reception
areas to restrooms, Commercial Cleaning Service, Inc.
has the resources and expertise to get the job done
right the first time.
Our price is governed by square foot size, number of
bathrooms, number of levels and the amount of cleaning
required. Rates may vary depending on room layout and
extras. While each address is unique and will be cleaned
according to its needs.
Terms of Payment:
Pay by
check or cash the day of service or by credit card the day
before service. Payment is due before the service is

NSF checks and credit card charge backs are billed
$25.00 for administrative costs. Late Payments are
subject to an $20 late fee every 30 days until payment
has been made.

If your answer is no, call us today! Cleanliness and the
general appearance of your resident or business are a

With our cleaning services, you will be assigned a
Project Manager to monitor your account and make sure
you are satisfied 110%. Our cleaning teams consist of
either two or three cleaners per unit. Our prices are
not based on how many cleaners you are assigned but
rather a flat rate. We use an inspection point checklist
to ensure that nothing is being overlooked. Our cleaning
service is available on an as need or contract basis.
