Our costs are based on
•The general size of the space, number of bathrooms, floors, windows, bedrooms etc.
•We offer offer regular cleaning, heavy cleaning and super scrub cleaning.
•The normal activity within the space, such as the number of adults, children and pets.

Terms of Payment
Pay by check a few days before service (it has to clear before service is commenced)
Pay with cash the day of service or by credit card the day before service.

Moving In or Moving Out Cleaning Categories

Regular Cleaning
We define regular cleans as light maintenance house cleaning. The regular cleaning category is for homes that have been maintained by regular housekeeping. A brief run-down of service consist of spotting for finger prints dusting and cleaning bathroom areas, kitchen areas, vacuuming, sweeping, moping and taking out the trash and additional services catering to your specific needs.

Heavy Cleaning
This category is for units where only a few areas need heavy cleaned.  We define heavy cleans as a more thorough cleaning. Homes, which have not been cleaned on a regular basis, must often be treated as a heavy clean on the first visit. A brief run-down of service consist of all the above plus oven and refrigerator cleaning, washing windows, ceiling fans, light fixtures, cleaning out kitchen cupboards and bathroom cabinets, washing doors and walls, polishing woodwork, scrubbing bath or shower tiles, defrosting refrigerators and additional services catering to your specific needs.

PLEASE NOTE: If we email you a heavy cleaning quote, without viewing the unit, and then it's later determined to be a super scrub your price will increase accordingly.

Super Scrub Cleaning
This category is where the entire unit needs super scrubbed.  Extreme dirt build up, excessive debris and or excessive pet hair.

Each office space is unique , whether you require daily office cleaning services or a weekly or monthly service, we will customize an office cleaning program specifically geared for your business. From reception areas to restrooms, Commercial Cleaning Service, Inc. has the resources and expertise to get the job done right the first time. 

Our price is governed by square foot size, number of bathrooms, number of levels and the amount of cleaning required. Rates may vary depending on room layout and extras. While each address is unique and will be cleaned according to its needs.
