I understand that if I have given any false information on this application or if I have omitted any material facts, I may be disqualified from contracting with the company, or if hired, I may be discharged immediately upon discovery of such false statements or omissions. I authorize investigation of all statements contained in this application as well as a criminal background check.

2. Contracting at Will. I understand that, if hired, my contracting is at-will, meaning that either the RHR or I may terminate the contracting relationship at any time with or without notice and with or without cause. This provision supersedes any oral or written representations to the contrary, unless the written statement is signed by the owner of the company.  I understand that should an employment offer be extended to me and accepted that I will fully adhere to the policies, rules and regulations of employment of RHR. However, I further understand that neither the policies, rules, regulations of employment or anything said during the interview process shall be deemed to constitute the terms of an implied employment contract. I understand that any employment offered is for an indefinite duration and at will and that either I or RHR may terminate my services at any time with or without notice or cause.

3. Limitation on Claims. I agree that any lawsuit against RHR or claim filed with any state or federal agency arising out of my contracting or termination of services, including but not limited to claims arising under State or Federal civil rights statutes, must be brought within the following time limits or be forever barred: (a) for lawsuits or claims requiring a Notice of Right to Sue from the EEOC, within 90 days after the EEOC issues that Notice; or (b) for all other lawsuits, within (i) 180 days of the event(s) giving rise to the claim, or (ii) the time limit specified by statute, whichever is shorter. I waive any statute of limitations that exceeds this time limit.

I hereby authorize my current and former employers to release any information contained in my personnel file or otherwise know by them to RHR in connection with my application for contacting with RHR. I specifically release from liability any current or former employers, their agents, employees, officers or directors, for giving such information to RHR.

6. Need for Accommodation. If I, due to a physical or mental disability, require an accommodation to perform the job for which I may be selected, I understand that I must give RHR written notice of that need within 182 days after I know or reasonably should have known than an accommodation is needed.  Failure to do so may bar me from alleging that RHR has not accommodated me as required by law.

7. Disclosures and Confidential/Proprietary Information: I agree that the contents of any computer and computer generated data, any RHR property I may be using, and any of my own property I bring onto RHR's premises, may be inspected by RHR at any time it determines there is reasonable cause to do so, and I waive and promise not to make any claims against RHR (or its employees or agents) relating to such inspection. I agree that, except as directed otherwise in writing by RHR, I will not disclose to anyone or use for my own purposes, any of RHR's confidential or proprietary information, either during or after my contracting. I understand and agree that client names and information, financial data, computer information and processes are confidential and proprietary information and I will not make written or other copies or notes regarding these matters except as necessary to perform my job.
